Oh, I take around four dosage per day and it did keep me up but It didnt provide me with any energy at all so not helpful for workout . However, i did get the result needed when taking it routinely. However, more than 3 pills per day made me super anxious. There is no taste. It is efficient and good quality.

Sometimes I need to get aligned with a new time zone or get up very early for meetings with other time zones, it's really handy to have a quick caffeine source for when you don't have time to track down good coffee.
