So I have tried this detox and it is the first one I have tried, ever. i went with intense mode for the first week and after moved to regular. it definitely is hard on your gut so it was difficult and i advise you to do it if you work from home, especially first two weeks - for me it was a must. i liked the result, my skin has cleared (i have hormonal monthly skin issues and i noticed they are better)

I try to use this once or twice a year for a good cleanse. It eases you into the cleanse and not the 'run to the bathroom can't hold it in' type of cleanse. I feel it is gentle enough yet effective. Plus, the directions let you know how to adjust your dosage based on your desired results.

The size of the pills are easy enough to swallow they is no taste so thats, dosage depends on the type of cleanse you are going for. I ran this for a month the more aggressive version and now I don't have sugar cravings anymore so it helped with that aspect. The box I received didn't have any instructions manual inside it so had to go off what was written on the box and but be prepared to spend time on the toilet a lot, I think I went at least 4 times a day, it does have a bunch of good herbs and ingredients, that help rejuvenate digestion but I honestly didn't feel anything much shift from this one apart from not craving sugar as much anymore. I am not sure if it helped anything else to be honest I will probably not get this one again.

Quality herbs, worked a little too well though. I had to make sure to take it when I wasn’t at work. I will try using it again, just cut back on the dose.
Very good clearance and great stuff. Can try low dosage after the first 5 days clearance and yes it is really good. Weight loss was gradual but can be seen. I lost almost 10 kg after taking it. Size is okay.
Very effective on the first few days and felt great, but the stomach cramp and constant bloating made the daily life miserable... I have to half the dosage to make me feel better but decided to stop continuing the program after a week, cannot fathom taking it for a whole month.
