Great source of marine collagen without unnecessary filters and nonsense. Due to religions reasons, I appreciate that it's not sourced from bovine (which is the case for a lot of collagen products). I bought this in hope that it would help in reducing the appearance of my stretch marks & after almost 2 months i can say that it really does hydrate my skin = stretch marks less bumpy and visible! Dissolves well with no taste. I put it in a large cup of coffee with almond milk. I have used it for one month and haven't noticed anything new, but I'm going to give it three months to see what happens. Bought it on recommendation of YouTubers for stronger hair and nails but also occasional joint pain. I currently have no pain.
