This is my first time trying this. Only into my 3rd day so can’t comment on the effects. It has a funky taste. No hint of berries at all. Adding it to water is more bearable. But adding to smoothies is the best! Tried adding it to my black coffee yesterday & the taste was just awful!

I initially started my collagen journey with unflavored VP collagen peptides and once i run out of what I had, I decided to switch it up a little bit and ordered this one - so I will be comparing them a lot😅. Flavor and consistency of the drink are pleasant, it’s slightly thicker than the unflavored one but quite easy to drink. Has 30 more calories compared to one serving of the unflavored kind, 7g of carbs - unflavored has none, vitamin C is also less presented and no hyaluronic acid is found. Another point worth mentioning - the serving size is different - they even provide you with a different size of scoop which I thought was nice. Due to the different serving size, this will only last you around 10 days, whilst the same size of unflavored kind will last you about 14( as per they description) I don’t think I will be repurchasing, mainly because I don’t really need have any additional sugar in my drinks and also I if I feel the need for change - I will be trying other flavors. Over all no regrets, I think it’s a great product and will recommend if you do not like how unflavored collagen peptides taste.

As far as collagen goes, the flavor on this is good. I haven't seen much difference to my hair or skin, but I do get a sense of 'fullness' from all the protein in drink. I wouldn't buy again, but it was well worth a try.

A very good protein supplement. It tastes pretty good, as collagen goes, and it dissolves fairly well in water or juice. The big plus is that it delivers significant protein, 18 grams per serving.
