It tastes great and has a calming effect which helps me to fall asleep at times. Quality of tea bags is good and this tea is indeed caffeine free. I drink it frequently with meals or on its own. It is value for money for the amount of tea bags.

The package has 50 personal-sized tea bags (If you make tea for two or more, I'd advise using 2 sachets.) This is not a blended infusion - the only ingredient is pure chamomile. It has many benefits for you, but I mainly drink it in the evening since there is no caffeine in it. It gets me in the right calming mood before sleep.

I have enjoyed very much this pure camomile; it is strong and natural. Just what we were expecting regarding the taste. Besides, the packing size is ideal because we can order large amounts. Naturally, this does not alter the quality. It is just as good as the smaller packages. I do rem¡commend it.

Aside from that as i’ve gone through some benefits of chamomile tea it is interesting to know that it also contains antioxidants apigenin which lowers the risk of inflammation and reduces the risk of some types of cancer and may also help in controlling blood sugar and flavones which aids in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels which mainly benefits the health of our hearts.

Very Pleasant, the taste is very noticable, especially because I do not add any sweetners. I feel the benefits, because it makes me so relaxed after drinking it. Not suprised since this tea is caffeine free. I use one bag in a 500 CL, but I let it steep while I drink.

Twinings tea are great quality teas. Camomile is very relaxing and caffeine free. Each tea bag is individually wrapped and very fresh. Traditionally camomile is used for many different ailments I can't confirm any of those applications other than as a relaxation aid. After a particularly stressful day I have a cup of very hot (my preference - be careful not to burn your selves) before bed and sleep very peacefully afterwards.

I love the light aromatic flavor of this tea and it's suitable for anytime of the day. For the quality and amount of tea bags I'd say it's well priced. It's my go to comfort in a cup, and it really just needs 4minutes to steep.
