The first 3 months of pregnancy I used megafood products. Then I switched to thorne because I wanted a more vitamin and mineral supplement. Neither megafood nor thorne make my body uncomfortable, nor constipated, pill size is easy to take, no unpleasant taste. I take 2 capsules daily in the morning and afternoon, and I feel like that's enough. I am now in my 7th month of pregnancy, everything is fine, no cramps and fatigue. I take extra omega 3 supplement. I appreciate it and will continue to take thorne afterwards. Highly recommend!

But the most significant argument in favor of this Bad is the folates. Very well absorbed in this form. Recommended two of her friends who are only planning a pregnancy.. And yet, many write about the taste or smell of capsules. The smell is quite acceptable, even ordinary.
Good quality prenatal vitamins. Love the high quality of the ingredients. They contains all the necessary vitamins in perfect dosage. Those vitamins doesn’t make me extra nauseous, as they don’t have any taste or smell. Would like the manufacturer to make bigger packages, so they last longer then one month. Overall felling great taking those vitamins, I feel that they are great for me and my baby.
Bought these because the regular thorne multivitamins were out of stock. took only one capsule daily since I figured I eat a balanced meal. so far I think this works well in building my immune system. I don't get allergies as often plus I also get over getting sick faster. waiting for thorne multivitamins to go on sale so I can stock up on their supplements!
I've been using this before I got pregnant and now that I'm six months pregnant. I always have perfect blood work and I think this is a quality product I with good ingredients. I have the MTHFR gene and the folate in this is better absorbed. I'll be using this while breastfeeding and for future pregnancies.
I am so happy with this prenatal. It was very easy to take as the pills are easy size to swallow and digest my whole pregnancy, Never made me feel nauseous or sick. It definitely helped my energy levels and the ingredients are good quality and levels. It didn't leave any taste when taking them and it was just very good and I plan to keep taking them post partum as well.
I love Thorne supplements as the quality can not be beat and I use several different ones daily to fit my needs. Even though I am not pregnant, my doctor suggested that these would be a good fit for me because it has the value of the vitamins I need. I can't reiterate enough how much I love Iherb for my supplements since they put the expiration date of all their products (that have them) so I can make sure I am getting the freshest product. I started to use this Prenatal for only a few weeks, there is no negative impact at all. I might try longer to post another review. The size of the prenatal is decent but it smells (taste) a bit when it is in your mouth. I tried to swallow as soon as possible. Perfect for daily use.

These are the vitamins I started taking daily right after giving birth to my baby. I have been taking them for 6 months already, and despite of a huge lack of sleep I feel quite good during the day and what is more important I have no issues with losing hair (fingers crossed). I think they have been very beneficial for me. The are pricey but quality wise they are my favourites!
