I like the cherry flavor! A few years ago I bought such a colostrum in Walmart. It works well with colds, increasing immunity. If you take colostrum at the first signs of a cold, you can not get sick at all. The body with the help of colostrum will cope with the disease itself. If you take colostrum during the illness, then the disease proceeds easier and recovery occurs faster. I will buy such a colostrum with a different taste, I like chewable tablets. I was going through some bowl movement troubles during winter months due to the lack of hydration and movement. This supplement has put me right back on track. Would only chew one in the morning and the result was visible. The taste is pleasant, in the sweet side. No weird aftertaste. Was taking it for a month and benefited from that over the next two months. The tablets are good size, not huge like some chewables.
