I personally tried this vitamin and it caused me heaviness in the stomach and an appetite that was always closed. In addition to shortness of breath, this is why I stopped using it. This experience means that I personally do not use it with me and may be suitable for others. My advice is not to order any product from stores before consulting a doctor about the thing you want to use.
