Good quality tumeric at an affordable price. The capsules contain 500mg content and are standardized to 95percent curcuminoids. Only 1 capsule a day is recommended so very good value. I take this tablet after my breakfast and with my other supplements. In these times it is a good antioxidant to take.

I’m taking this as part of my antioxidants supplements. This product being anti inflammatory may help in the long term. This is more convenient than taking the tumeric powder which has to be added to food or drinks. With this one, i just need to pop one capsule and i have my antioxidant supplement.
