Sweet, but just add a lot of water. As for increasing keystone levels, I’ve had blood samples that show a spike in ketosis and other times very little to none. Give it a try! I used to drink Prüvit. This Keto Plus doesn’t make you have to pee as much.

Tastes great, it's like pink raspberry lemonade. I'm not sure if it actually does anything though, but that could just be user error. I was hoping it would give me more energy, or I would feel something noticeable, but nope. Will continue to use, see if it does anything over the long run.
