Great product if you need enzymes to help with digestion, especially if you have gut issues. What makes this one so great is that it has enzymes that break down foods in various food groups. I personally take them before eating large meals so that I feel less bloated/constipated afterwards.
I have great difficulty digesting food. After eating an evening meal I have much discomfort in my stomach. The food just sits there for a long time. After taking Essential EnzymesUtra my whole digestive system improved. I take this product when I eat carbohydrate meals. (I also take HCL + pepsin when I eat meat.) I can recommend this for better absorbtion of food.

This is really great product. I have lack of enzymes, low acid and slow digestion. It helps food to digest better. I eat clean and have special diet. I avoid gluten and diary. This enzymes has acid stable protease which is good for protein digest. If I eat some beans I take Beano as well together with this enzymes. So far.. works really good.
I suffer from lack of enzymes and low stomach acid. Been searching for enzymes that will help me to digest all food especially proteins (fish, animal meat etc.). It has good amount of everything, also acid protease 3.0 which is important. Considering I have very sensitive gut, I was concerned at first, took a few days to adjust. I feel lighter after meals, food seems to digest quicker. So far... really good product 👍🏻.
