I use Potassium to help my electrolyte level and for my heart. I also bought this to help with muscle cramping and relaxation. It is an ingredient found in many sports recovery drinks. This is a large round pressed powder tablet. I only gave it 4 stars as they are sometimes hard to swallow due to the round shape and size. I usually like the pressed powder tablets better, as they don't stick to my throat like capsules do. I have used and will continue to use the Solgar brand. I like that they use glass bottles-- better for preservation and the dark color helps to keep out light waves which prolong the life of the supplement. Glass also does not leach into the product like some plastics will do over time. They have also been a quality producer of supplements in past products that I have purchased from them.
