My doctor suggested I take No Flush Niacin as I have an ongoing cholesterol issue and I'm unwilling to take statins. I take 2 x 500 mg daily and 50 B6 P-5-P. As long as I keep taking the above medication, I can keep my cholesterol levels low. As soon as I become irregular with taking them, my cholesterol rises. I am now resigned to the fact that I must take them for the rest of my life.

Definitely no-flush! My long-covid (since autum 2020) muscle pain allover in my body is now gone!
