So much better than store bought B-Complex, or Thorne Research's vitamins for me. I prefer to open a capsule and dissolve the contents into a drink, then start my day off right.
These are a steal for that price, and for the actual feelings I DO FEEL, while even the best competitors (in my case, mainly having done Thorne Research's products, and a few of Jarrows) can't even come close to mimicking something similar for a higher price tag.
I feel so "smooth" or "clear", and my whole body feels like it moves freely, easily, precisely to pin-point accuracy, and literally makes me feel uncomparably "alive" as if I'm in the prime of my "youth".
I've tried many supplements over the last year or two, and in the end this product as well as Magnesium Glycinate, Iron, Calcium Carbonate, and Fish Oil are all I really definitely feel are almost always "good choices". Good size and quality product. The taste is good as well. Highly recommend
