Works the first few days, and then stops - even if you increase the dosages by twice the amount. Its probably only useful if you're extremely constipated, like by more than 3 days.

I usually take a couple of pills after a heavy meal. It helps to cleanse my bowels without experiencing heavy cramps. I dont dare to take it daily as i dont want my body to be immune to the effects. Good for detox.
