This is such a versatile protein powder. I use it in my morning smoothies for a little boost of protein that keeps me feeling full until lunch. I also like that it is not super high calorie. I have also used to to make waffles and other little treats. THe amount that you get is also very generous. I have not tried the other flavors, but the vanilla milkshake is really good as a base for other flavors. This is not an overly sweet product. It has just enough natural sweetener to give my smooties a sweet undertone without being cloying.

The taste is amazing… my other one (double choco from a different company in Iherb) tastes good too but this one is another level i think in terms of taste. It’s almost like the same milkshake from a store. I would try different flavors of this company too. 👏🏻👏🏻

Literally taste like vanilla milkshake ice cream, mixed easily with milk or water, packaged well high quality, the only downside it’s not affordable like it used to be i was going to repurchase kinda shocked to see it much higher price now
