You can't beat Pure Synergy products since they are of the highest quality. Oregano has been touted as an incredible health product and has been known to have antibacterial properties. I started taking it as a natural antibiotic, however, this product is not intended to be taken on a regular basis. I do like that it can be taken with or without food but other reviewers have indicated that it is best taken with food due to it strong properties.
