I can't get enough garlic so any ways to get more garlic in my food is a plus in my book. Quite aromatic but not pungent.

This is THE BEST garlic ghee, hands down. I like a lot of garlic in my food and this ghee doesn’t disappoint. Great flavour and texture. It’s so good for making your own garlic bread, for sautéing veggies, searing steaks, on potatoes, etc. I only wish it wasn’t so expensive!
