Pleasant taste without ingredients such as tea leaves or other tea substitutes like rooibos. Find steeping the bag(s) no longer than 8 minutes produces the best flavor. I've been drinking it for years, often combined with another brand of herbal chai. For someone who can't drink 'teas' this makes for a nice treat.

I didn't know that Pukka existed. I decided to purchase it when Lisa Eldridge talked about it in one of her videos, since then, I have been purchasing this tea for the past 5 years or so. It has a refreshing taste and the tea is of the highest quality.

This is a very good tea, the blend is made of good quality ingredients. Caffeine-free. The taste is sweet and special. The size of the package is normal. Each tea bag is for one use and cannot be used for two cups. It tastes good with milk or veggie beverage.

I would consider myself a chai "connoisseur" and let me tell you, this is probably the best boxed chai that i have ever had. The spices and flavor taste great and it is the perfect beverage for these cool fall days. Also is an added bonus that it is caffeine free! Will make this a normal staple for my household.

Overall a very mild pleasant taste, has a sweet aftertaste (licorice), and better drunk without milk, I think — the brew just isn’t strong enough, and adding milk just makes it taste like watered down milk. But it is a nice light herbal tea, I just wouldn’t call it “chai”.

Arrived on time and in good quality. It is light and relaxing. Great for an afternoon or before bedtime since this doesn't have caffeine. The blend is good and tastes great!
