I also found benefits of drinking it cold, better than drinking plain water - its really refreshing! Individually packaged teabags means I can take one serving with me when I travel away from home. I do feel like this tea is healthy, and I like that it's caffeine-free, but the taste definitely won't be for everyone. It has a very strong herbal medicinal taste, so I would go for another blend if that's off-putting for you. I definitely don't drink this as often as the Ashwaganda tea just because of the taste, but I do it when I feel like I need a boost in energy.
Love this tea and tea brand! My go-to tea when I'm looking for something other than chamomile or peppermint! The taste is nice. I prefer the original Tulsi to the other varieties they offer. I love the blend that's inside each tea bag. :) I would recommend. Thanks!
Excellent tea! If I need a caffeine free energy boost, that is also calming and clearing I use the Tulsi Lemon Ginger by Organic India. I usually use the one with ginger before noon, because it is almost as effective as coffee without the caffeine and without everything that comes from consuming caffeine. The energizing effect last for me about 1-2 hours, but it's probably different for everybody. I use this one (Tulsi Original) when I need some focus and clarity along with some calmness in the afternoon. Add some honey and a squirt of lemon juice and it tastes even better!
I bought this tea by a recommendation of my nutriologist. I had problems with being awaken in the middle of the night and couldn't continue my sleep. The package contains tea bags, which makes it easier to consume. It is caffeine free. The taste agreeable. It became my evening tea before i go to bed. It really helped me to sleep the whole night without being awaken.
I keep reordering this tea. It's been a staple tea for years. I think it has a nice flavor. I drink it by it's self when I'm in the mood for something more "simple". And I also like to mix it with other more fruity teas as well.
Tulsi/basil is one of the best tea to fight against inflammation- which among many things cause back pain and aging. I have enjoyed tulsi tea from other brands and tried this one. It tastes very pure and wouldn’t be very hard to adjust to. It is strong enough and light- I like these during my not so healthy days
I started enjoying this tea a few months back. A talking head on twitter recommended it with manuka honey. So, that's what I did. Combined, it is a formidable concoction, smooth, energizing and revitalizing. I also love that they don't use plastic tea bags. So many companies use that trash. Will buy again and again.

I love all these Tulsi teas blends. I use this one to add to my other tea bag blends for added flavor and benefits. I rarely use one tea bag for any cup of tea. I always use teas medicinally and blend 2-3 bags per cup of different tea ingredients for added benefits and results. Tulsi softens the taste of green teas and lessens any acidic flavor. I often blend it with other teas and with matcha to soften those with a stronger aftertaste.
