I have cataracts and I read an article that said to take 25,000 i.u. of Vitamin A that is not from Beta Carotene. Do not know why, but I looked hard and this one meets the need. I have been using it, along with some eye drops, and things are improving. That is all that I can ask for.
I need this maximum Vitamin A potency for my rare skin disorder. In fact, many years ago I took it in 100K units every day, which I wish I could still get!
