I have several progesterone creams, mostly from expensive brands that cost twice the amount. And there is no difference that I can tell. This works very well. Some people mention the smell, but I do not really notice it. Use it only during the second half of the monthly cycle. And if you have too much estrogen,, supplement it with DIM to help your liver break down excessive hormones.

I am pregnant the second month using this cream! I tracked my ovulation this time, and my luteal phase was longer than it was for the pregnancy I lost. I have been using this for acne. I use one pump on my wrists and inner thighs 14 days before my period, and I use it every night until I get my period then stop. I feel like it's helping with acne. they say it can take months to get the full effect though

Contrary to what many people think Men need progesterone too as progesterone will antagonize estrogen, the real cause of prostate problems. I can't tell the difference between this progesterone cream and the ones that cost two or three times as much. I use it to try to even the estrogen imbalance and I *can* tell the difference when I've not used it for about four days. This supplement actually has a very calming effect, as well as being wonderful for my face and neck.
