I've always been reluctant to take vitamins/ supplements since they make me sleepy for most times. But my BFF convinced me to take Vit D since it's one nutrient not found in food. It has high level of vitamin D, sourced from small deep sea fishes, third party tested etc. couldn’t find anything better than this product.

These are such good quality Vit D3 caps. I searched everywhere for 5000 IU without all the nasty fillers that other brands use. I will be reordering this product again.
