I have a cough because my gut microbiome is out of balance. This product helps to balance it out a bit and helps with the cough. I've been buying it for many years, definitely recommend because the little balls help it survive past the intense stomach environment all the way down to the gut.

I bought these on a recommendation from Jacob Teitelbaum’s book “The Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Solution” so I trust that the quality is great. I really like that you don’t have to keep these probiotics in the fridge!
