I have been using black seed oil for 3 years already, since my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. After I found out about the diagnosis, I tried many things, experimented a lot and changed my diet. I also tried black seed oil from various manufacturers. I used this specific one for a whole one year and more, along with higher doses of vitamin D and some other dietary supplements, especially antioxidants. I must say that I do not use any MS medications, and until now I have no new lesions. I'm not sure what helps me the most, but I have been using this product the longest and I am still loyal to it.
I couldn't help but be surprised when I used this product. I even checked the payment card text again to see if the price I purchased was wrong. The product was so outstanding for the price that it was truly amazing. I'm going to recommend this product to people around me.
I use black seed oil for the health benefits of thymoquinone and let me tell you, a lot of brands taste like motor oil!!! Not this one, it seems 'lighter' and the taste while not the best, is not nearly as bad as other brands! It is cold pressed and i actually don't mind the taste of this brand at all!! Great quality!!!
Tried several other brands but this one is the best so far. The taste is not as strong as oregano oil and mixed with a little honey tastes okay. I drink some water afterward to wash it down. It dispenses easily from the bottle. No mess. I sleep better and my nervous system is way calmer when I take a teaspoon a day as directed. I’ve niticed my rosacea is settling down too so I think my systemic inflammation is getting helped by the oil. I have not applied topically for hair growth or as a anti wrinkle remedy but other people say it’s great for that too. Have a great day and hope this review helped😄
This truly stopped the high amount of hair I was shedding for years. I would pull away fairly decent clumps after shampooing, and after about a month of taking just one dose of this per day, it drastically reduced by over half to what would be normal hair drop. Now I can see that new hair is growing in at my temples. I also notice I have less heartburn. I recommend taking the dose with a glass of water right after. It's kind of like oregano oil in taste, but not nearly as strong and does not have the burn. I'm so excited to have found it!
I like the quality that it doesn't have little dust of seed. taste is hard to swallow. how every the freshness is great. it has so much benefit on skin. the package came in great condition.
Helped me recover quickly after COVID 19. My hair stopped falling out. The taste is specific . I take a teaspoon oil with teaspoon of honey and drink water. Ingredient is great. I recommend this product.
We've taken black seed oil for immunity and overall health especially during Covid times. The ingredients is pure and I don't mind the strong taste of blackseed oil in a bit of juice. Package ig good and easy to administer the doses. Bllackseed is of benefit for keeping in good shape for the winter.
I take the organic black seed oil for it's antioxidant qualities. The oil is cold pressed and organic. If I feel the sniffles coming on I take this, for me it helps. It does not taste that great, but it's bearable and I figure the oil must be doing it's job to get the bad bacteria with such a taste. I recommend this oil.
I have been buying vitamins and minerals from iherb since 2019 and never had a problem with them. Their prices are excellent and the quality of their products excellent. We spend quite abit over a year on various items and would not be able to buy the same in Australia because of the cost here for same products. Good shipping time and decent cost.
This stuff tastes terrible but works well and that's all that matters! I mix it in a small amount of juice then follow it with some more juice. I find it to be a good supplement for overall use, especially in the winter to help ward off colds etc. Not sure how it works but I don't seem to get sick very often!
