As I research, Algae seems like an excellent source for Omega 3 and also sustainable. I found it digests better. Less burden on tummy. Works better in managing weight than fish based omega 3 for me. Size is smaller than usual fish Omega 3 so easier to swallow and no fish small for sure. I'd recommend algae omega 3 especially this brand as it has both EPA and DHA unlike other algae Omega 3 which only has DHA.
I like that these capsules are algae based and have a good quality balance of dha and epa omega 3s. I can't be sure of omega 3s effectiveness, but there is evidence supporting their role in lowering inflammation. As long as you are taking omega 3 supplements, these are easy to swallow and don't cause unpleasant tastes or stomach upset.

Good quality product. Clear gel capsules are easy to swallow. Omega 3s do help with memory and brain function (according to my 70 y/o mom who takes these) Worth purchasing again although some other brands like SR Vegan and Deva may be more cost effective (for alagal omega 3)

Not many brands carry vegan Omega-3 so there aren’t many options, and they are mostly expensive. This one seems the most reasonably priced. But still pricier than fish oils.
Bought this for my vegetarian elderly relative. It is vegan and help to improve her heart health and maintain cholesterol level. No weird taste noted.
Natures way is the way to go! They have affordable, vegan friendly ingredients. I haven’t come across a supplement/vitamin by them that hasn’t been great quality. This provides a nice exposure to omega 3s that aren’t always abundantly found in a vegan diet.
