This multivitamin has a pink coating and slight smell. No biggie.. the size is like an average tablet. To be taken daily for your normal nutrition. It has basic ingredients needed in a multivitamin. Packaging is a normal sized bottle. Seems to be good enough for your daily requirements.delivery took about a week.

I'm not big on pills and mega doses of things, so when I found these I was pretty happy. They do seem to help with energy. I took the bottle to my doctor and she looked at all the numbers and she said, "this is a good one". So... I think I'll stick with it :)
I love it, cause I am rather forgetful when it comes to taking supplements, but this one is taken once daily, which makes it a lot easier for me. The sizes of the tablets a little big, so if you have problems swallowing pills you might need to break it up first. They also have different formulas for different age groups. Recommend.
Good assortment of ingredients, pink colored, medium in size, and for me easy to swallow tablets, after taking it daily for about two weeks didn’t notices any affect on my energy levels, however I think it will take longer to see results. All in all a nice multivitamin product, which is what I was looking for.
Vitamins have indeed proven effective in terms of energy. I feel a surge of strength, I want to be in motion, although before the start of the reception, I lay with a seal at home almost every day and made myself even go to the store. I want to constantly move, and it is very pleasing, because it is good for health, and for the figure it is useful: more moving — more calories burning  I even downloaded the « Chagomer » program to my phone to calculate how much I go in a day. So for more than a month, my daily rate is about 10 km, which equals 12,000 steps or 500 burned kilocalories. As for the appearance, I do not observe the changes. Hair stopped falling after this vitamin complex, skin unchanged, nails both broke and break.
