I find this supplement supports my metabolism and I experience more energy when I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I don't think it is good to take long term and I often have breaks in it due to the hormonal imbalance it could be causing over time. It does increase my facial hair around my lip and chin so it must affect androgens or testosterone for me. I am in perimenopause at 47.
