Great taste and very good ingridients! It keeps you full for quite long because of its protein and fiber content. Perfect as a snack before or after training or a workout. Also just in generell if you´re looking after your fitness and try to keep a healthy diet. The bar size makes it perfect for traveling as well.
A healthy warm-grain cereal with a lightly sweetened coconut flavor. Warm, slightly nutty grain flavor, very filling and satisfying. Have purchased this many times on amazon as I have never been able to find it in stores. Is certainly more money than Quaker or other mainstream products but the quality, flavor, and texture are FAR batter
I have liked this Qia Creamy Coconut best mixed with yogurt, almond milk, a little sweetner & fruit prepared overnight & refrigerated. It is good as a snack or if adding some additional protein powder as a meal replacement. In my opinion, it is not as good as a hot cerial, but great mixed as mentioned or added to a smoothie. The ingredients are what appealed to me as they all have health benefits & are nutritious.
Taste really good like coconut. Ingredients and the quality is great. The box itself is smaller than I thought 💭 I added honey 🍯 to it and it’s really good .
It has good clean ingredients so obviously worth eating but you know how it goes with clean eating, sometimes you just have to pinch your nose and swallow

I really like the addition of supersedes and coconut. Also it’s sugar free. All this goodness packed individually and great for taking with me when I travel or just need a quick breaky and don’t have much on hand. I liked it so much that often mix these seeds into my steel cut oats
I love these instant oats! They really have a very cream texture, and have a higher protein to calorie ratio than many other instant oatmeal packs I've been able to find. I like that they don't have added sugar, and can be versatile in how you eat them depending on what toppings or ingredients you include. I actually like turning these into savory oats, cooked on the stovetop with water, shredded zucchini, half a cube of chicken or vegetable bullion, a bit of miso paste, and a poached egg on top for a filling breakfast.
