I wish this product did not have citric acid in it but I imagine it is what is part of how they flavor it. I've been using it for years and I like to rotate different magnesium types as in citrate, glycinte, malate, taurinate etc. Good quality product and easy to use. Just pour hot water slowly over it as it fizzes up fast!
Magnesium is one of the few supplements that almost everyone should be taking. It is needed for thousands of functions in the body. If you are taking vitamin D, please do not forget to take your magnesium (and k2) with it as well since it is a co-factor! Taking vitamin D and stress/anxiety depletes magnesium in the body so having something like magnesium calm is such a great supplement to have on hand!
when taking calcium and items for my bones, I get constipated. I have a very difficult time no matter if I take Metamucil or what there is on the market. This isn't fiber. This is magnesium and it really is my go-to drug for this situation I love it

I love this high quality product. No more ingredients than magnesium but it really helps to get calm fast. I got small size and it was pretty much enough for me. Love the taste of lemon. I took it for few days and could sleep well again. Also as a benefit I got relief of muscle tension.

I want to stop taking melatonin so much to sleep at night. a little of this goes a long way. I workout a lot so this helps with muscle recovery and in hopes of helping balancing my hormones. I've been taking this and ashwaghnda - I've noticed the difference. it also tastes great.
