I purchased this supplement after reading that it helps with my concerns with excessive cramps. It doesn’t have a taste and I can easily add it to my diet. I have noticed an improvement in the harshness of my cramps. It seems like quality ingredients so I am happy with my purchase.

When taking this, you should take a break. Do not take it during menstruation. I mostly use it during the two weeks after the end of my mensturation.

Great product, great value it helps for regulating your progesterone /estrogen ratio. Take it easy start with one capsule a day for some time especially if you are taking it for the first time. I will buy it again for sure.

I buy this product to relieve symptoms in premenstrual women. It works for me. My breasts hurt less now. But it is not very convenient to take 3 capsules a day.

I take it for several months with five-day breaks during periods. This is a working supplement that relieves unpleasant symptoms, but is less effective for me than Vitex from Solaray.

This has helped me with my PMDD symptoms so much. I used to be in antidepressants, but since switching to a Low fat vegan diet and using this product, my whole cycle has transformed and I am no longer dependent on anti depressants!!
