I love this Keto Meal! I have tried 3 flavors, and I think this teriyaki one is my favorite (the Adobo pouch is a close second though). I am very pleased by the portion size, quality, ease of use, incredible taste, and minimum ingredients! The package has two servings, but the low calories make eating the whole pouch guiltless!

So I didn't read the instructions before buying and this is not actually a ready meal. You need to rinse the noodles before adding them to a bowl with the sauce and heating them in the microwave. I thought the oodles would be ready to eat out of the bag. So you can forget eat this as is on the go, plus count an extra 5-10 minutes to rinse the noodles, prepare the mix and wash the bowl afterwards.... Also, not teriyaki taste in my opinion...
