This is a great cream. It really helps to balance me during luteal phase. The only issue is the pump, it stopped working after using it twice. I had to saw the bottom off to scoop out the cream. That also makes it difficult to dose accurately. I will definitely buy again, but I wish manufacturers would look at the pump design, it seems to be quite an issue.
This is a very good progesterone cream, one pump per day, I have used this for a very long time, helps with hot flashes and helps balance your hormones, also helped me with weight gain,
it gave me great energy, a little bit of mood swing. careful when you play with hormone

I don't agree with previous reviews of it being sticky if you rub it in it absorbs fairly quickly and the benefits are amazing no more brain fog I use it with bi estro care you just have to adjust the amounts to what works for your body
Good product but there is Aloe in it which isn´t put in the ingredients
I bought this because it contains pregnelonene as well as dhea and progesterone so it has all the necessary ingredients to manage hormone issues during my pms. Easy to apply in a pump dispenser so you do not have to worry about dosage.
I started using this progesterone over 5 years ago. I had used another brand but found it to be harder to use. iherb progestacare is pre-measured and simple to apply. But more importantly is it is very, very effective! I have recommended it to most of my friends. Thank you iherb!
