I'm using a scoop with cold water and have it 30 minutes before workout. it gives a nice boost throughout the session. I'm not sure as how it is working on fat burning, As a pre workout, I would recommend it. it has never given any nasty jittery feel.

I’ve bought pineapple shred before which was tasty, but this one tastes even better! I’m still not certain about its fat burning effect, but it feels good to take in some caffeine before workout to keep myself focused:)
