This exfoliating toner is definitely better suited to beginners. It doesn't irritate the skin, but it doesn't have a high enough percent of BHA for me personally. The consistency is very watery, but can still be poured onto hands and then tapped onto skin.

This is a lot more hydrating that I expected for a bha product. If you used the previous version that was like water this is slightly more viscous. Works to keep the pores clear but I prefer the old formula. Do not use on days of heavy sun exposure.
