the composition of the chamomile calm looks very good but my son refusing to drink it, so i believe for a good result you should administered it at least once per day
I've been administering this to my son since he was 10 months and it has supported a better sleep (deep) and a change in his behavior. He's more calm and pays more attention. We only give to him once/twice a week. It may take couple of days to notice any changes in behavior.
Give it to mytoddler girls before bed to help them wind down and it works perfectly. Also gives relief with tummy discomforts so bedtime and sleep now is more peaceful. I always make sure I have a bottle handy. Pricewise it comes out a bit expensive as with the two of them the bottle lasts me only 2-3 weeks usually
