Great supplement for vital energy. It’s not my favorite taste-wise so I’m going to try the capsules next and see how I feel on them.
It made my eyebrows and lashes turn back to its natural dark color. Had to stop taking it upon learning that "Fo-Ti" could damage liver. Would absolutely go back to taking it , if someone could prove that it was not detrimental to your liver.
Herb Pharm is a good company and I trust all of their products, so I gave it three stars, but honestly I chickened out after reading more about Fo-Ti and possible adverse effects, so i haven't used it and suggest reading up on this before you order.
Product came with a nice packaging, the product smells very strong. Have to be aware the dose to avoid damaging of liver. Purchase to reduce grey hair due to overuse of brain, no observable health benefit observed so far.
My friend taught me to apply a few drops on my scalp to prevent growing of gray hair. I’m not sure if it works but the extract is of very rich ho Shou wu smell.
I bought this for my boyfriend to use on his head scalp. But still seeing if it helps growing the dark hair i guess it takes a while to see the result.
It hasn't darkened my (70’s) hair any, but it seems to be preventing it from turning white. I take one squeeze daily. Am using it along with a couple of other hair growth supplements.
Heard that is can help with grey hair (to reduce grey hair) but can’t see great difference after used 2 bottles (for around 1.5 months each) And the smell too strong.
