Quality is the best. I use three tablets daily and the effects are amazing. Taste is ok. Ingredients have antioxidants. I start taking this at the age of 33 and I keep taking multivitamins from this brand. I love the whole mix of organic fruits and vegetables. This vitamins is the best I’ve tried in my life! After the first week I immediately noticed a change in my skin and energy levels. The quality of the ingredients is amazing and I know this because it didn’t cause me nausea or stomach ache like most vitamins usually do. It’s a bit pricey but the size makes up for that
I feel i have more energy since I started using it. It is full of antioxidants, the brand is a B-corp. I was a bit surprised by the size of the packaging and the number of pills I have to take daily. The packaging lasts only about a month :-( I would probably prefer smaller pills.
I got this for my teen girl - she is taking a capsule a day now which is already commendable as she hates taking pills. but thankfully the pill size is small enough for her to be willing to take it :) it seems to be very effective as it has been keeping her energetic and healthy.

I think that these multivitamins are one of the best vitamins for women that you can find on Iherb. I tried more than 20 supplements of “Garden of life” (including more than 5 multivitamins for women and men) and I trust to their high quality. However I heard that Nestle bought this brand and I notice huge price increasing (approximately for 50%) almost for all supplements during last couple of months.
