I am in love with this brand!! This product is made from authentic ingredients and the good thing is that raw probiotics and enzyme blend are included in this product!! The capsule is not huge and very easy to swallow !! Will buy this product again and i absolutely recommend it !!
I have been using Garden of Life vitamin D3 5000 for over ten years already. It effectively increased level of my Vit D in the system. Currently, the level is too high so the doctor advised me to decrease the dosage to 1 capsule every other day. I highly recommend this brand.

This one is my grandma's favorite. I order it for her for a few years. As physically inactive elderly people are not enough exposed to the sun, they need more of a control on their D3 as it is a super important vitamin for human health. We see the good effects on my grandma.

Vitamin D is known to increase immunity and also is anti aging. Many studies have been done on vitamin D about its benefits. I wish I had known that earlier. There is even studies showing a few years use of 10,000 IU will not be harmful to body. So, I guess 5,000 IU will be considered moderate. Many people do not know they are low on vitamin D, even people in the tropics. I tested my vitamin D and was shocked I was on the low range of 19, I think 30s is normal. I was in the tropics for a year and was still low, I really wonder if most people are low given our modern lifestyle plus staying home more due to Covid. Since taking it for the last year, I have not been sick much. Even with occasional sniffles, it goes away quickly.
This is our family's "go-to" vitamin D since the onset of the Covid outbreak. During flu season, we use this product, and during the rest of the year, we use the 2,000 iu. I love how we are getting our D from quality vegetables and fruits in a whole food capsule, rather than from a synthetic pill. I do not recommend opening these capsules and putting in smoothies or drinks. They taste fine swallowed as is, but definitely not without the capsules!!
I used this brand's Zinc and have been very happy with the quality of the product and my result. I am also pleased with this product too. I don't have to take many pills to tell the difference. I like that the bottle is glass which makes it more recyclable than plastic.
