I have had sinus issues for most of my adult life and as a now senior citizen I have tried many products. I like this product and was happy to try something new just so my affordable tried and true Clear Sinus and Ear does not get overused. I heard about butterbur and this Garden of Life product contained it. Seemed to work well at warding off my always possible sinus infection/headache. Just not crazy about the non recyclable packaging.

Garden of Life Immune Sinus Blend is the best supplement I have ever used for sinus problems as well as for seasonal allergies. I try to never be without a box of this formula. I have used it for about 10 years now and no one else has been able to meet this level of such an excellent product for sinus support. I have so many food sensitivities but this product has high quality whole foods ingredients and works very well for me.

I have bad allergies, so bad I need to double up but did not want to use over the counter of Prescription drugs, so, I bought these to to supplement since natural. It fixed my allergies so that a I barely sneeze or have cloudy head. The trick is to start these a few weeks or month before allergy season, Usually I can take one every other day after the first month or so just to maintain. Take until allergy season is over.

2 in the evening and 2 later that night before bed. Felt really good the next morning. Surprised at how well this worked. Will be keeping on hand from now on!

I like the ingredients and taste of this product. It helped me a bit more than sinupret for sinuses, but I found histaminum hydrochloricum 200CK to be very good for my histamines, as well.
