Nice collagen, has good ingredients and the fact it is an animal derived product, it makes it easier to be absorbed by our bodies. Does not have any taste and not too nice to just have it with water so I add it to my coffee every morning and it definitely made a change in the way I fell and how my skin hair and nails look like.
