I really love it! The first effect I noticed was with my teeth, they are less sensitive than before and my gums don’t bleed so much when I brush my teeth. They actually don’t bleed anymore! My skin is also firmer, I generally feel better since using the creamer. I am on the second bottle! I would definitely try other taste variance, if they develop new ones. I am already very impressed with the quality of the Garden of life products, I also use their vitamins.

I used to have a lot of problems with my knees walking down hills. Taking Collagen daily has saved my joints. Problems that I had for years went away. There are many good collagen supplements on the market. I particularly like this product because it’s c convenient for me to put it in my morning coffee and I like the vanilla creamy taste. For extra luxury I add a teaspoon of half and half to the mix. Because of the high protein and some coconut fat in this product, I can use it as a quick breakfast and it fills me up till noon.

Loved it! But I like the Vital Proteins better. This one you can really taste the coconut but still great! I’m still giving it 5 stars.

when use with coffee, change taste of my coffee bean grind fresh brew coffee to those of instant mix, too sweet for me. will use it with cacao powder next time

I love Garden of Life as a brand, but I am not in love with this product. It is what it says it is, buy apparently I don't like what it is. I've recently learned that I don't like collagen in sweet things. This product does dissolve well in hot tea or coffee and adds a vanilla-y, creamy sweetness, with a hint of coconut, but it also adds a collagen flavor that I just can't tolerate. I'll stick to adding plain collagen to savory foods like soups and sauces, where I can hide the flavor and still get the benefits. Also, for the cost compared to the method I just suggested, buying plain collagen and mixing it into things yourself is definitely more cost effective. Garden of Life always provides high quality products and this one is no exception. I think this would be great for people that already know they like the flavor of collagen in sweet things (like my mom, who I gave this to). The ingredients are safe for many diets. I just can't stand the taste of sweet collagen.

This does not have much of a flavor, and I like how it dissolves in my coffee. I wish it had SOME nice flavor, though.

Personally don’t like the after taste it has. It’s almost like it’s bitter. So it’s bitter, it’s sweet… not my liking
