I started to use this collagen last month ! If you have a thyroid trouble or you dont have thyroid this product is safe very good ingredient and composition validated by my doctor, the quality is so high , the package is not heavy and it conserve very good the powder. you can take it at any age I ordered also for my mom , hair soooo soft and shinny my nails are amazing and strong !!! I highly recommend this product and to use it at least Three months. Mix it with smoothies or juice ( if you have a senses stomach like me ) the taste is nice but its depend on your preference Drink it at morning because of vitamin C Like 👍🏻

Awesome scent and great use. The quality of the product is just right in size & suitable for all ages. Quite little packaging & has great benefit and composition. Is it healthy? Yes. Does it have great ingredients and taste? Yes. Does it make me feel more beautiful? Not really 😂. Didn't notice any difference other than feeling good that I've drank something that's supposedly good for me.. I'd stick with biotin and unflavored collagen, cheaper that way

This is good tasting, just wish it mixed a littler better (it doesn't completely dissolve in water) but it's pleasant tasting & I guess adding to a smoothie you wouldn't know.... I love this powder. I have just repurchased it. Tastes great, has good clean ingredients. Reminds me of vanilla strawberry ice cream. An added bonus is the nice packaging. I always take off a star though for something if I don't have proof (e.g. through observed improvement) that it's actually doing something or has helped me with a specific issue.
After long research I found that this collagen is the best quality and the most natural ingredients. Very pleasant taste and smell. It’s hard to tell yet, but I’m sure that I’m already seeing effect. Skin is softer and I like the texture of my hair. Would recommend for any age. Especially 30 plus
You can add it to any beverage I like the quality of the packaging and the product doesn't have a weird after taste. The ingredients are loaded with benefits other than just collagen. I have definitely seen an improvement in my joints since using it. It is also a good way to add more water into your diet.
