This quality supplement is made from good ingredients. It has all the right composition and its main benefit is that it helps regulate symptoms of PMDD. I noticed improvement after about a month of using (I am about 40 years of age). I had tried hormones and diet, but neither really helped. This is magic in the bottle, really!!! I naturally ovulate around 21 day and last time it was on the 26. I was emotionally exhausted to wait so long, so I purchased this product and this is not the first time. After taking it, I ovulated on the 17-18 day. I am so grateful for this product.
