Good quality multivitamin for the hair. I bought this as it contains horsetail extract which help to stop dht production. Pill size is decently big but easily swallowed. After taking this , I noticed lesser hair shedding and my nails is growing at a faster rate. Will continue to take this to see if it does help with my thinning hair.
I have been taking this supplement for two weeks, I feel like my lashes have grown a little longer than their usual length. Aside from that I am waiting to see if it helps with my shedding. I have been taking one pill daily instead of the recommended amount as too much of a good thing is not great either.

Good quality and wide range of different vitamins and supplements. Gentle on stomach. Size and dosage is normal. Great benefit of not needing to take more than 1 capsule. It's an all in one!

I've only used it for a week or so and already notice stronger nails and less hair loss. And I'm not even taking the recommended dose. Only taking one a day. Good stuff! Price is right too.
Pills are rigid and a little difficult to swallow. I did not notice improvement after taking them. Would prefer a whole food vitamin which I don't think it is.

There are a number of imitators out there calling themselves Hair, Skin and Nails but this is the original and the best. It really strengthens my cracking nails. My better half has tried a couple of the imitators and could tell the difference in hair and nails. Nothing noticeable for the skin.
A supplement that does the job, for me an important supplement for strengthening hair and nails.
