Different psyllium brands seem to have different shades, depending on the variety of psyllium. This one is a nice blonde colour which helps many bread recipes turn out a nice white or light colour if that matters to you :) I make my own powder by grinding up in a completely dry blender jug.

I prefer this type of fiber to a synthetic one. I often have gut issues that leave me with constipation. But just a tablespoon keeps me regular and my intestinal health so much better. The taste is something that neither my kids or myself mind. It goes well in cereal easily for them.

If you are looking for pure, clean psyllium husks these are the best I have tried. It can be difficult to find organic at a reasonable price so I'm very pleased with these.
Psyllium Husk has great quality, the ingredients are sound, and the packaging is perfect. It is the perfect size to store in your cabinet. I feel its healthier than buying the packaged premade low carb tortillas for sure.
