These BCAAs from EVL did not disappoint. I would not use them for the BCAA aspect because I don’t see much benefit in BCAA to begin with, but if you are just looking for something to give you energy or an alternative preworkout this would definitely work. The flavor is very good, even with just 1 scoop, it tastes strong. I would buy again.
