This is most helpful when you have a pimple with a visible white pus. I apply this on my son's forehead at night before bed. This patch works by absorbing/draining the pus from the pimple thus speeding up the recovery process. When it is applied to a closed pimple at night, the next day when i peeled it off, I can see the white content pulled out and transferred to the patch (see my pics). The pimple is left clean, with less redness and less inflamed. Sometimes we just need to break the rule and take matters into your own hands. We would be left with an open lesions leaking pus and blood. By covering the wound with this patch, we're preventing further aggravation to the site such as picking or exposing to dirt. These patches work best on active open pustules or papules. I tried it on my cystic acne (deep lesions) and it DOES NOT make any improvements at all. It won't work on blackheads either. It says to apply the patch on clean & dry skin but i like smudge a bit of benzoyl peroxide/acne ointment or salicylic acid or tea tree oil on the lesion (to speed up recovery) before i cover it with the patch. Multiple sizes. They work great. Easy to use. No scent. Great quality. I put them on after I wash my face and before I put lotion on. Gentle to the skin. Can be used for pimples anywhere on the body as well as mosquito bites. I have sensitive skin and they don't bother me. Blend in great with the skin.

Much cheaper than other brands and just as effective.. you get a lot of patches with different sizes and if you're like me who has no self control in picking their face, this is the product for you.. not only does it actually drain all the gunk out of your acne, it keeps you from picking and causing more bacteria.. and seeing that gunk stuck to it when you wake up in the morning is just so satisfying..
These patches are really good as they they do a good job at extracting all the nasties from spots. They are of great size and are easy to apply. The patches stick well onto the skin and even though they do not come off easily by themselves, they are easy to remove and do not irritate the skin in my experience. The patches can be used on people from all ages that suffer from pimples or inflamed spots. The patches are scent less as expected and do a rather good job given their intended purpose. Quality wise I am happy with the product and am keen on repurchasing
Good option: big quantity of patches, cheap, effective. Frankly, I see no difference comparing to more pricy brands. These patches save me from popping pimples, cover them from dirt and bacterias, work as a gentle camouflage, and help to quicker get rid of pimples. Use it on decollate as well.
I'm overall very pleased with this product. I've used it on 8+ spots already, almost always in the early stages when the painful swelling starts. The white heads don't even pop up, the swelling just goes down after a day plus minus. In one case I put it over a spot that already had a white head. After a while I had to take it off, and it seemed to open it up, but it drained OK and no scar. In most cases one patch per spot did the trick, and they didn't wash off in the shower. In some cases (facial spots), I replaced the patches more often. The package has 2 sheets with multiple, mostly see through patches of various sizes on each. I didn't notice any skin damage or any sensitivity. The only downside I can see is that these patches are mostly see-through, so they won't hide an ugly spot.
These patches come in the cutest packaging and the name is fun to say! The patch sizes, small, medium and large, are good for occasional breakouts where you just have one spot here and there to cover. I use them on a spot in the evening and by morning, it's either come to the surface or emptied and healing. I continue to use the patch at night until healed, because I'm self conscious of using spots during the day unless I am staying home. There's no noticeable scent, though I haven't sniffed them to see. Quality is good, they are gentle on my sensitive skin.
This is my second buy. I love it so much it helped with my pimples and acne. I am using it by putting the patch at night on dry skin. It helped to reduce redness and the appearance of the pimple. I have a sensitive and oily skin (acne prone skin) and this product didn’t make my face irritated or anything else. You get a lot of patches with different sizes for a smal price which is nice.

These work great for my preteen for those pesky zits that have started so these are good for any age. Easy to use, just put one on the spot after washing your face. They're gentle enough to be used for sensitive skin. I have used once or twice as well and max had to use 2 to calm the skin. They don't have any fragrance or scent. The packaging is alright, the pack is such a good size and you get good value there for the quality which matches bigger brand names..
