Arrived promptly and in a perfect shape. The expiry date is not in near future, and the promise of freshness is fulfilled. The product has appealing appearance and excellent packaging. Great quality and composition of this tasty snack, which one can use whenever a need for a product beneficial to one's diet arises.
These seeds are absolutely amazing. They're actually spicy, and it feels like they use high quality ingredients to make it taste delicious. We ate them so quickly and I can't wait to order more. The package is also quite small and easy to bring with you on outings, and works great in recipes for trail mix, etc.
The quality of the seeds was very high, but for the price, the package was a bit small (this is more expensive than some store bought pumpkin seeds). The ingredients are high protein, so it’s a good snack for a lean protein diet. I prefer these spicy ones to the other flavor.

These taste are just plain delicious. Great taste with a little spice makes for a nice healthy snack. The quality of the packaging and ingredients is why I gave it 5 stars. I will definitely buy this again. the packaging is small so it fits nicely into my purse yet Itherecis enough for several servings. For anyone on a diet these are a perfect healthy snack.
Delicious. Great as a crunchy snack on their own or to top a salad or roasted vegetables or anywhere else you'd use pumpkin seeds but want a bit of added flavor. I wouldn't call them spicy though - they're definitely not hot as in spicy hot, they have more of an umami taste.

The ingredient and composition of this product is really great. Gentleness and sensitivity is great as well. Packaging and size is good. Taste and quality is good as well.
