Good in terms of hair and skin , but if you are looking for something for your knees i believe u have to go for another brand with type 2 collagen, but overall quality is medium and as an ingredient and the form as a pill is not comfortable as the powder form.
I have been taking these for a week now and so far so good. The quality and composition is not that bad, I bought this for my knee and to improve my diet esp with my age. I don't see that much effect yet though. Will observe the benefits.
quality seems fine. the effect I am not too sure as I have been taking it as a general supplement while travelling. but I think it helps to improve any protein deficiency in quick hostel type of diets. I don't want to overthink it & know it's pretty harmless to consume. the tablet itself is like a taste less compressed dry powder.. so if you have trouble swallowing just let it dissolve in your mouth first. the package seems ok, been traveling with it in various temperatures. not sure about degradation of ingredients but it's just like raw protein anyway. many thanks !!
have been using the product for a few months now. I find that my hair is growing and a lot of new hair is growing back. I'm 57 and had hair loss problems after menopause.
